    Losing Weight

    So, I saw a video recently on YouTube of a man who lost a lot of weight and he used these forums, so I thought I’d give it a go, as I don’t believe I can lose weight on my own, although I am 100% ready to do so.

    Little bit about me. I’m 17 years of age, 18 in 4 months. I’ve suffered with weight problems probably all of my life. I don’t have an excuse for being overweight, just a horrible habit that needs beating. I’m currently doing a railway and track training programme, and I feel like the odd one out as I’m the only one that is overweight.

    I’m 6’ 2”, 22 stone and very unhappy. I have some good ideas of workouts to lose weight, but I need a decent diet. I’m not allergic to anything and I’m up for trying anything and everything.

    If anyone can post any useful tips that would help massively, and will be greatly appreciated. I will post updates everything month if I remember.

    Have a look at that and arm yourself with some knowledge, we are always willing to help if you have questions - but you have to do some reading first. We don't want to be repeating the same information over and over.
