    Exclamation Retail job kill your gains?

    For about 1 month I start working a retail job and my steps per day increase a lot from 6k to 10k (No cardio) on daily avg. This can affect my gain? Should I increase the calories?

    4k steps isn't adding much to your TDEE. If you've been doing this for a month and are still making progress then there's no need to worry. If progress stalls, it's time to add calories.

    That's not gonna make that much of a difference unless your caloric surplus is very small(like 100-200 calories above maintenance). If that's the case maybe add some more calories in.
