    Turmeric

Any thoughts on adding this to current multi and fish oil?

Have read up about antioxidant, anti inflammatory, fat loss properties

If you get the right kind, it really helps with aching joints and muscles. I take it daily.

Any recommendations? Seems I have read the tumeric/piperine is the best. However I haven’t gotten to the point of confirming if piperine is just black pepper
    Extract.

The Curcumin with bioperine is called c3, it's good stuff, but newer forms are better, like longvida, Theracurmin, bcm95, and curqfen. I'm trying curcufen next, myself.

I have tried several. I was using one that worked well until they changed the formula (you could see the colour was different). This one had been working well for me for about 6 or 7 months now. I get it on subscribe and save.

It's ideal to consume curcumin with fats for optimal absorption.
