    Keto Diets Side effects

Still, I'm not following the Keto diet but looking forward to adapting it. But, before starting the process, I need to know how you guys feel when following Keto diet. As we change the diet plans at once to a different style, do not you feel bad or weak?

After adding salt to almost everything I eat, I stopped getting headaches.

Very few doctors know how to read a cholesterol blood lipid panel.

There are two prime factors which you need look at to determine if you are in the good or bad zone.

    1) Remnant Cholesterol

    2) Triglyceride:HDL Ratio

If these two number are in the right zone and you Total Cholesterol and LDL are high, you fine.

If these twonumber are in the wrong zone, it does't matter how low your Total Cholesterol and LDL is.

You can find information on how to determine these two number online.

    Latest science on lipids:

Finally, human Mendelian randomization studies have demonstrated the critical role of LDL-C, and other cholesterol- rich ApoB-containing lipoproteins, in atherosclerotic plaque forma- tion and related subsequent CV events. Thus, there is no longer an ‘LDL-C hypothesis’, but established facts that increased LDL-C values are causally related to ASCVD, and that lowering LDL particles and other ApoB-containing lipoproteins as much as possible reduces CV events.
