Looks so good, but I'm sure we'll all be let down by Blizzard yet again.

It looks nice but it also kind of looks exactly like diablo 3.. which is not good.
i didnt like how diablo 3 and in that trailer, the levels just look like you only have 1 direction you could go.. like 1 path.
in diablo 2 the areas were wide open.
Id rather them dumb down the graphics to achieve that wide open feel instead of that 1 lane, left to right style gameplayBubble Butt Brahs Crew (BBBC) [as a brah, got a bubble butt & I can't deny it]

You really didn't play it then. I wouldn't know where to start, but it has probably 100x more build depth, item customization and end game options than D3. It actually has a real trading economy and such indepth affixes/suffix. I had a top 10 DH in D3 I think in season 13 hardcore and played it like a religion. Had all the sh*t like the cosmic wings, rainbow portrait and was in the #1 OCE clan.
Coming to PoE was like coming from a Prius to a lambo. Also visually now PoE beats D3 by a mile, not just the environments but skill animations. Just the crafting and flask system for PoE is more detailed and carefully thought of than anything D3 has. It's kindergarten vs the oracle in the Matrix. I can't even fathom how any ARPG fan can compare the state of them both. D3 has about 8 people maintaining it atm.
PoE's item database is gigantic with even high ilvl base items selling for heaps. All the end game modes and separate league mechanics have their own customized item tables. There's so much currency variation too. Honestly D3s itemization and item database is like a scratch.
I can understand if you're new and are just leveling for the first time but it took me a solid 2-3 months of dedicated learning and playing to realize just how indepth it is. Also they are constantly making massive QoL and game changes. Every league adds a new mechanic into core, and even changes like making master dailies savable just shows they are always listening to players.
If you want a mobile gaming experience then yeah, I would suggest D3. But if you preferred titles like D2 etc, you need to play PoE properly. There's a reason it's the #1 ARPG in the Western world atm. D4 still hasn't learned, the very fact they want to make all the valuable items still BoE/BoP is a fuking travesty.
I do think D4 will beat D3, but not by as much I was hoping.EoR is powered by unique Nanomolecular Hyperdispersion Technology. Giving him high bioavailability and myocellular saturation.

I'm responding here since you have played both - I too hit top levels of D3 (leaderboards, though almost always lose out to botters). So I'll ask here:
How rampant is botting/duping in PoE?
I liked the PoE 2 (expansion, whatever) gameplay look - for the 'lore', should I just try PoE from the start and play through everything?
How MTX heavy is it? I read online that even to get 'stash tabs' you have to buy them with real money etc...I mean - what is this?

I hope that's sarcasm.
But some bad news, the system designer - the dude from starcraft - is due to send out some communication. https://us.diablo3.com/en/blog/23220...019-11-13-2019
...our lead systems designer David Kim will provide a few clarifications, share some of his thoughts, and address some of your open questions.
That legit sounds likeWe know what we're doing, and we've already got a plan. Your opinions are cute, but we're doing it our way instead
Doesn't bode well, in my opinion.2014 Misc Resolution: Negging no pics (screen captures of text don't count as pics)

It isn't MTX heavy. If you really get into the game you will need to spend $20 or so. However, it is a free2play game.
You get 4(?) stash tabs free. However, there are a few tabs that make item management insanely better.
Other than that there are some "cool" armor sets that you can get, but they don't push it overly hard.
Personally, I tend to throw developers money anyway as a reward for a game I have spent hours on.Finance Degree - USAF INTEL - IIFYM - Injured Crew - KTM XCW300 - Single Track Trail Rider - NRA Supporter - Shunned from MFC - Libertarian - Pragmatist

Trying to get your ideal outcome often leads to the passing up of practical alternatives that deny your adversaries theirs.

Fuk Blizzard, they've gone past just burning up past Goodwill and are deep into them needing to put out a game capable of digging out of the Badwill hole they're in for me.
Diablo3 was fun for a week and I haven't been tempted to touch it even once since, not a good way to spend $60, and I can't rely on the current era of SJW review sites that give out 10/10s like candy provided there are androgynous, femayle or diverse characters. I'll wait a few months and see if people are still talking about it, if they are then maybe this is a game worth it.Reminder list: Clickbait, seven11, (cuck) z4v4, ceizer1985, SkinnyKappa, maverickTT1, KINGFABIAN, TheScapeGOAT
