I've been out of the gym for a while and not eating all that great. Started back a couple of weeks ago and have been doing a 2000 cal cut to try and get this stomach fat off. I think I'm around 18-22% bf? would like to get down to 13ish%. I'm doing a 5 day PPL.
Should I stick with cutting to about 160lbs or clean bulk?
