Compression competition collars; I got a deal on a pair of Werksan competition collars. They start at around 100$ a pair (strongarm are the cheapest). They don't care about the diameter of the barbell, and can be used on any specialty bars.
If you don't want to spend that much, Rogue's OSO's are pretty nice and around 40$.

    I usually use Muscle Clamps.

However, sometimes I just use all my Invankos.

    I. have way too many collars in the gym, from Lockjaw knock off's to Werksan competition collars.

To be honest I generally grab a pair of genuine Lockjaw collars for my rack bars , but I also like the Oso collars, particularly on my speciality bars.

These are my current favorites; they clamp securely to all the bars, even the odd-sized specialty 1s. + the magnetic feature is handy, especially with 2 of us working out together and taking plates on & off-- being able to slap the collars to the rack & have them stay there, is a nice feature. Wish I'd thought of it!

Only caveat: I ordered the orange, but they look more like tomato red. No big deal.

I like Muscle Clamps for most stuff. Nothing is quicker and easier.

I haven't done much dropping of the bar with olympic lifting, but I'd go for whatever stops the plates from wiggling at all after a few drops. The Lock Jaw Pro are supposed to be good. They also make the Lock Jaw Elite but those I found take some real effort to open and close and I wouldn't use them unless I had to. Other brands I haven't tested.

Currently, I'm just using spring clips on my straight bar. On my specialty bars I use Rogue axle collars, which are similar to the Lock-Jaw collars. Eventually I'll get the same for my straight bar.

These I use on my standard bars, I like how secure and tight fitting they are, quick to adjust, very reliable:

But I also have some of these that came with my olympic dumbbells, also real secure:

I've unfortunately experimented with a bunch of plastic ones for Olympic and specialty bars. Once I got Ivanko compression ring collars i use the same pair now on everything. simple, strong, and they don't leave any marks on your barbels.

Nice. I had a couple sets of the plastic ones. Very easy to use. But, I got rid of them because they were plastic... Never saw metal ones.

I have three sets of the metal ones and one lonely plastic one. The metal ones are my favorites, by far.
