    After month of hitting the gym

    Hello,
    since over one month I practice in the gym for 1 hour / every day focusing on shoulders, biceps, chest... sometimes workout on my legs.
    I have started eating much more and I do eat a lot of proteins (eggs, rice, tofu, beans).
    I've noticed I can lift now much more but can see only slight differences in my appearance.
    I was always sli hard gainer.
    WOuld you recommend going to the gym twice per day (to do 2 hours workout per day) ? Some do.

    The photos with black shirts were done one month ago, the photos in white ones today.

    I would not recommend going to the gym twice a day. You don't need it. Once a day is more than enough.

    What I would do though is start doing a better lifting routine. Get on a schedule where you are training every muscle group every week, consistently.

    Also eat more.

    Get on a good starter program so you can hit all the muscles and can track your progress easy. Also monitor your calorie Intake, make sure you are eating enough. Get enough sleep. You will see gains. Also it took you along time to look the way you do, you have only been lifting for a month. You need reasonable expectations. Don't work out for 2 hrs. Enjoy the gains brahh

    Go to bed, wake up 173lb crew
    Annoyed at eating whatever I want and not getting fat crew
    Accidentally get fat crew
    Back to 175lb the next day crew

    If you're a natural bodybuilder, don't go twice per day. Muscles need time to recover and you will not be able to recover your muscles fast enough if you train 2x a day.
    Unless you train chest in the morning and your back at night. Instead of simply combining chest and back together. But why would you do this?
    Seems pointless unless you have too much free time.
    You'd be better off combining the two with supersets if you want extra gains.

    You need reasonable expectations. As a natural, if you are doing EVERYTHING (workout, nutrition, sleep) right, you will be fortunate to add 2 pounds of muscle in a month. And you're not doing everything right considering you hit legs just when you feel like it...
