    Cool Took a week off and this happened

    Hi all,
    Just back from a 10 day holiday where I drank like a fish( alcohol) and eat plenty of junk food (ice cream , chips, ) .
    But here's the thing, I look pretty strong( bigger arms etc no flabby belly) and feel stronger. I'm about to go back to my circuit classes and was curious about this.
    Was it waterweight?
    Is it just my body recovering?
    I normally eat clean and do a mix of circuits and strength and conditioning classes 3/4 days a week

    If you were somewhat glycogen depleted then eating a lot of carbs and increasing muscle glycogen can make you look a lot bigger.

    Were you on a restrictive diet before? How many kcal do you consume per day?

    The sodium and extra carbs can make you look and feel better/stronger.

    Why can't you keep glycogen reserves up when training? Are you dieting hard? Or using some low carb diet?

    what soap/ detergent do you use to make sure the food you eat is clean?? I've been trying to do the same myself
