what supplements are necessary during a cut?

hi guys as i said in my first post that i am new here so i don't know much about supplements. i am cutting for 2 months now. using a whey protein , l carnitine , yohimbine , pre workout! i have to buy supplements for my 3rd month now as they got finished. does these supplements really help? should i buy them again? if not then which supplement will be helpful.
ps - i am on a good diet

I wouldn’t bother with the l-carnitine, the rest is fine in general, not just for a cut.

No supps are truly needed to cut. That being said, I am a big believer in keeping protein high, especially on a cut; minimum of 1g per body lb.
So, if you can't get that through whole foods alone, then it would be a good idea to supplement your diet with some powdered whey or the like.

The best results will come simply from a consistant deficit.
If you're in relatively good shape, try not to lose more than 1 lb per week. If you are obese, you can get away with 2-5 lbs per week (depending on current BF%)

By keeping protein high and weight loss slow, you will preserve as much muscle as possible.

Carnitine isn’t up to much. Some recommend l-carnitine-l-tartrate but I’m not convinced it does enough to warrant using.

BCAAs are useless too - save your cash.

Yohimbe is fine if you get along with it. Some people don’t but if you’re using it and aren’t getting any serious side effects, no reason to stop. It’s a good energy aid and helps with staving off hunger cravings on a cut.

BCAA's are not necessary but complete proteins are.
The only supps I would say are truly useful would be a whey, casein or blend type protien and Uniliver.

I think we North Americans lost out weaning organ meats out of our diets for the most part.

Focus more on your diet and less on supps. Cutting is about caloric deficit, not magic aids to fat loss.
