Talking Crock Pot (slow cooker) recipes?

What are some great crock pot dish options, both from a taste and nutrition aspect?

One of my personal favorites is:
    Chicken breast
    1 jar salsa
    1 can corn
    1 can black beans
    Diced peppers & onions
    Fajita seasoning

Cook on low 4 hours then shred the chicken, and return to low for 1 more hour. Served on tortilla shells or over rice!

It’s a bit ridiculous in that it’s too simple to call a recipe, but I’ve eaten a lot of it... simply put a turkey breast in there until it’s done, shred it, and pour on some Walden farms zero-cal bbq sauce.

Like I said, not really a recipe, but good taste and no prep whatsoever...

I make a lot of variations of chicken breasts/thighs covered in whatever sauce I want. BBQ sauce makes for good BBQ chicken sandwiches (or I prefer tacos), sesame chicken sauce over some white rice is fantastic. Lots of simple options like that.

Another favorite is stew meat beef covered in cream of mushroom soup, put it over some rice and you're good to go.
