    Narrow stance leg press

    Just looking for form check, especially if it looks like my butt came off the seat (felt some pressure in my back a couple reps) switched from wide stance to narrow and low so I can hit just the quad

    It looks good,maybe the feet closer to hit the sweep(outer quad).
    Also try pushing more from the balls of the feet and less with the heels.
    At lockout the feet may be flat,as the legs come toward you the heels may come off the foot board.
    Stop right before you feel any pressure in the low back.
    Rounding the low back under tension on the leg press can be dangerous and possibly injure you.

    Solid. Thank you. Didn’t have any issues post workout w my back so I think the ROM was alright
