    Non-caffeine mental energy boosters?

    During a cut I can really feel my lack of energy mentally, I have a desk job that requires mental effort and it's hard in the morning.

    What are some good supplements for helping with this? I use Adrafinil which is good but probably shouldn't be used every day. Caffeine I can't use anymore, too sensitive to its withdrawal effects (serious headaches).

    What's your go to for Rhodiola? I used NOW and didn't like it much. I was never able to achieve the feelz carbon prep gave me.

    Are you only cutting at -500 calories? Going any lower or not having enough healthy fats made me feel like crap. Now I have eggs, avocados, milk, oils and salmon once a week, my healthy fats are over 100g a day while still in an overall calorie deficit and I have been feeling much, much better and no more brain-fog.
