    Chest and bicep

    How to get strong chest and bicep like what plan i should do, i stuck with the same weight for bicep for very long period, 12-14 kg, dont know why , for chest , improve overtime but not a lot, ( i can only do 30 push in one go but it will hurt my arms a lot and shoulder)

    You need to pick a goal and pick a program then hit it hard for 5-6 months before coming back and posting another thread. You get a strong chest, bicep and any other muscle the same way, progressive overload. If an exercise is causing you pain its likely because you're doing it wrong. Use youtube and look up technique videos for exercises if they are causing you pain.

    i may be wrong but it sounds like you're only focusing on training your chest and biceps, that's not how it works. just get on a program and train all body parts. you already have decent definition so that's a good base
    munchies on a cut is the true test of discipline crew

    I would try find a gym buddy who can motivate you to go heavier. That's what helped me, I needed the motivation to push harder.

    Other body part like leg and back is in good progress, i am just stuck for bicep for long time , it gets bigger but my streangth just very slightly increase from 10kg to 14 kg in half year

    leg from 30 up to 60 kg

    I have a free PT classes and they said my posture is right.However if the pain still occurs when i exercise , i may go to see doctor

    Most PTs don't know their head from their ass, if doing an exercise is causing pain(not soreness) then something is wrong.
