    Calorie intake.

    Need some help from the community, been wanting to get into working out and changing my lifestyle but don't know how to properly set the daily caloric intake for myself.
    I'm 6'5, 367 pounds, 26 years old.
    Haven't played sports or worked out in 4 years need help asap?
    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Everything you need is in the stickies. Read them.

    If you have no medical condition, start lifting weights. Get on a beginner program and make progressive overload your friend (JEFIT app is awesome to keep logs of your workouts).

    Cutting calories is easier than cardio...just remember that when doing your research and coming up with a plan. Hint; figure out what TDEE means. Then calculate your TDEE. Start using MyFitnessPal app to keep a log of what you’re eating. Eat about 500 below your TDEE (at your weight, you could try even more deficit but you decide what you wanna do).
