    Shedding fat on upper arms/shoulders

I know I can’t spot reduce. I am avoiding working my shoulders because I feel they would become more broad (Pics are on my profile.).
Is there a way to tone and tighten up this area? I’m specifically concerned with the back of the shoulders near the armpits. Should I not be fearful of looking too broad? I want to achieve a toned/defined hourglass figure. Currently I am on a lean bulk and training 3-4 times a week, neglecting shoulders.

You also can't "tone and tighten".

Goal should be eating to lose body fat and as you mentioned you can't target specific areas.
A lean bulk is just adding extra calories not fat loss.
Work the shoulders/delts if you want that "hour glass figure".
Wider shoulders will make the waist look smaller.
Do higher reps with lighter weights.
    Good luck.

You look pretty toned and hourglass figured to me! I understand where you're coming from with the worry of having broad shoulders because my body shape is almost exactly like yours (except I have more fat and less muscle lol) and I always think/worry that my shoulders and upper back look broad and manly, but honestly seeing you looking so great is motivating me to start working out. Your shoulders and upper back look lovely!

What did you do? I'm also the same height as you hah.

(Sorry I couldn't offer any helpful advice)
