    Bulk or Cut?

    Been bulking since January 2019, went from 170 - 200 (5'10"). I've made good progress with my lifts though:

    Bench: 120 --> 210
    Squat: 185 --> 275
    Deadlift: 225 --> 405

    Should I cut, or continue bulking?

    Sorry for late response - i learned the hard way that if you bulk too fast you could likely end up gaining more fat than intended. Bulk for sure - but my advice is to take it slow and make sure you gain more muscle than fat.

    Link doesn't work. Put the pictures in your bodyspace profile. Also, "all access" isn't the best place to get responses .. kinda dead in here. Try Workout Programs or Fat Loss forums.
