    Chest Puffiness throughout the Day(Gyno)

Last year or so, I realised when wearing t shirts that my nipple would poke through and had a downsloped puffiness to it, to the touch if just feels like loose skin(no hard tissue) but during exercise or in colder weather's it would look more normal with slight puffiness but not protruding through the shirt. Anyone have any experience with this, is it a hormonal issue that needs to be addressed or just lose chest.

Runners' nipsle can be significantly influenced by their clothing. T-shirts with cotton fabric or rubberized logos over the chest are more likely to rub and chafe. Chafing can also be exacerbated by a wet shirt.

Keep your nipples dry and comfortable by wearing shirts with moisture-wicking technology. Keeping your clothes in place might make them less likely to rub against your skin, since a well-fitted shirt will stay in place better.
