    BB Signature Series, take 2

I accidentally posted an initial feedback review in the Misc like a potato.

I can't find the photo I snapped of all the things I received, but I got to try many similar things other folks have tried:

    Oatmeal Cookie Whey Protein
Double Chocolate Chunk Protein Crunch Bar
    Blueberry Lemonade BCAAs
    Citrulline
    Blue Raspberry Pre Workout

    Oatmeal Cookie Whey Protein:
This protein is legitimately one of the best tasting proteins I've ever tried. I've never had anything like it. I always stick to generic chocolates and vanillas--and those I usually have to choke down because they aren't that great.

The Signature Series protein mixes really well and they hit the nail on the head with the Oatmeal Cookie taste. It's ridiculously dessert-like tasty.

I give these a 9/10. The only reason these don't get a full 10/10 is because I liked the Protein Crunch bars a little more. But this blows any other brand I've tried out of the water.

Double Chocolate Chunk Protein Crunch Bar:
These were gone in a couple of days. My teen daughter snatched the first one from the box, and pretty soon she was grabbing them for quick fuel at a school camp she attended.

These were an easy 10/10 for me in taste, texture and satiety.

Overall super filling and sustaining for not being super high calorie. I found myself using these as a quick breakfast a lot.

These are definitely something I will get again, and probably the strongest product in the Signature Series that I tried.

    Blueberry Lemonade BCAAs:
Having only ever had unflavored BCAAs in the past, this was a huge treat. 10/10

Flavor is excellent, they mix well, and I couldn't even tell I was taking BCAAs since the flavor was so amazing.

If you get results with BCAAs, give these a try. I have increased my chin-up max reps per set while taking these, but it can also be the Pre-workout working some magic.

    Citrulline
This was my first time ever trying Citrulline and it won't be my last. This is a definite must purchase again for me. I was doubtful that it would do anything tangible for me because I'm already pretty veiny when pumped and I was unsure how it would benefit me in other ways, but this does seem to impart some extra pump and blood flow.

I'm embarrassed it took me this long to ever try it. I'd put this up there with Fish oil for things I want to take everyday for general improvement. Great stuff. 10/10 supplement with an 8/10 taste. I've heard some people say Citrulline tastes bitter, but it tastes Umami to me, kinda like MSG or something. Not bad by itself at all.

    Blue Raspberry Pre-workout:

    10/10 effectiveness with a 7/10 taste.

The initial flavor of this tastes great but the after taste really lingers.

I haven't had many pre-workout products in the past, and I think this is the first one I tried that has Beta-Alanine. I get that tingle from it, which is actually enjoyable for me. Nothing like a Niacin flush. Just a "this stuff is working" feel to it.

It might be against general recommendations, but I'm kind of a caffeine addict and I will sometimes grab a scoop of this in the morning instead of coffee.

The 200mg of caffeine in this hits better than a 200mg caffeine pill, and with the other ingredients the energy is more sustaining. I've actually reduced overall caffeine consumption by drinking less coffee and energy drinks on days I take the pre-workout.

I'd highly recommend trying this even if you don't use pre-workouts very often. I'll definitely get some more. I think there is a Watermelon Lime flavor I will try next.

Anyway, thank you BB for letting me try some of this stuff. Excellent products overall, and it exposed me to some new beneficial things I wouldn't have purchased without sampling first.
