    Lower Abdomen Pain Seated Leg Curl

    I was doing the seater leg curl machine today and just 3 reps in I felt the most intense, burning sensation in my lower right abdomen (the lowest part of your abdomen pretty much). It happened last week as well but I just powered through it and it was okay. I half a**ed my first set and tried again on my second set and same thing, but it was so much worse. I entirely gave up on it and moved on with my routine. Has anyone else experienced this? The exercise is only supposed to be working my hamstrings out, and my form was as correct as can be on a machine. The pain felt like my stomach or something was literally ripping apart, if I press on that area now I can feel a burning sensation still. Any ideas? This is the only machine where I feel it.

    Did you even figure it out?

    Hey did you ever figure out what is was I’m experiencing the same sensation while doing leg curls as well.
