How to reduce fat and more muscle?

I have a training session 2 hours a day. But does it seem fat? Is there a way?

2 hours a day is a long session, what and how are you training?

Depends on your training regime. Look for some professional advice as they would know better what you should and should not do

2 hours are more than you need. You should probably try working on your diet a little. Exercises usually won't work if you don't have proper diet.

. unless most of the 2 hours are spent doing low intensity cardio, that is too much training and it will prevent your gainz.
