Smile Muscleology E'cinerator - Let's give the fat guy some pills!!

I was lucky enough to be picked to try out, and review, E'cinerator from Muscleology.
Shoutout to eyeguy for the opportunity.

For details on the product, you can click through to the original thread here - forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=174179871
That'll get you some images to check out the bottle labeling, ingredient list, all that good stuff.

This probably won't be your average log, I'm not your average athlete or bodybuilder or anything. What I am is an overweight dude motivated to lose some weight.
I have a wedding coming up in September and I need to fit into my suit ... I'm the Officiant, so I imagine everyone involved would like me to look the part!

I have plenty of good resources at my disposal - a pro physique wife who is a PT and willing to help me however I need, I got my shiny new bottle of pills, I have a gym membership, and a bicycle!

I don't gym a lot. Due to a motorcycle accident in my past, everything I do hurts. Not an excuse, I do what I can! I just wanted to preface this log with relevant details. I try to ride my bike a fair bit and go to the gym with some frequency. I eat too much, the goal is to rein that in. And then there's beer....

I'll gather some pictures and whatnot over the next bit, but I wanted to get this log started since I've already started taking the product.

OK, started taking E'cinerator on Sunday - July 2nd. One dose in the morning, one in the afternoon. Following the directions on the label as far as timing goes.
I didn't do any detailed nutrition tracking, just started taking the pills to get used to them.

I haven't taken a product like this before, at least not in a decade. Most of my supplementation is snagging random samples from my wife's Arnold stash (she has boxes of samples).

This stuff is strong... wow! I pretty much spent the day getting used to it, I could definitely tell I'd taken something.

I'm 5' 9" and my weight was 235.5. So there's the baseline we are working from.

No exercise for the day. It was a day full of errands, cleaning, and yard work.

    Monday July 3rd.

Today is an exercise day. I was a little worried because it was only my second day taking E'cinerator and I definitely wasn't used to it yet.

I rode my bike 101.1 miles - it was hot and sunny. I usually stop for caffeine drinks every 30 or 40 miles, but no need this time. The morning pill I took was plenty enough to keep me moving.

I weighed 236.6 in the morning and 231.6 in the evening - after drinking a couple gallons of water and eating throughout the ride. Have to let my nutrition and hydration stabilize ... obviously weight means very little after you sweat that much!

It was a tough ride, I planned my route according to the weather forecast but Ma Nature had a couple middle fingers in store for me and changed up weather direction/speed for the last 26 miles.

It was tough, but I got through it.

The sun might have gotten the best of me and I wasn't really feeling that second dose, but I took it.

    July 6 - Day 5.

    Weight 235.5

Nothing wrong with that yet. My first weigh-in after the long holiday weekend - coincidentally also my anniversary. So there was more food than normal ... beer, cocktails, etc. Actually, I normally gain 5 pounds with a weekend like that, so I'm happy having held steady.

Yesterday I started tracking what I eat again. Right now, I'm shooting to stay under 2000 calories and came in at 2031. It won't be hard to bring that down, I just have to stop wandering past the snack drawer at work - yeah, there's a snack drawer and it is often my downfall.

I had wanted to ride my bike last night, I normally do a quick 30 miles a few times on weekdays after work. The problem is, I haven't ridden enough this year so far to be able to bounce back from a long weekend ride, so my legs were shot. I have a big ride coming up on Saturday again... and pretty much every weekend for the rest of the summer. That'll be my second 100+ mile ride and should get me back into my routine.

As for the actual pills, I'm definitely still not used to them. These are strong! It's not a bad thing, it'll just take a few more days for me to get used to taking them.

    Day 6 - July 7

Calories yesterday were 2052, pretty consistent with the day before.

Weight this morning was at 231.7.

No exercise last night. That was intentional. Yesterday was setup for my ride tomorrow morning. Bike drivetrain scrubbed and lubed, route track loaded into the GPS.
Tonight also won't be any workout. Basically, the 2 days before any long ride, I don't do much besides bike maintenance.

Check-in for the ride is 6:30am tomorrow, looking forward to it. I'll get the car packed tonight and head out at 5 am ... the only downfall of these organized rides!
It's one of my favourites though. One Helluva Ride, through Hell, MI.

I tend to avoid computers on the weekend, so see y'all Monday!

I'm starting to feel a good deal more used to it today actually. The first couple of days I was pretty jacked up!

Overall goals. MY long game is to get under 200 pounds. Obviously not going to accomplish that in 1 month and 1 bottle.
The short term is to get to 220 - the weight I was measured for my suit at.

I've done the fat gain/fat loss cycle several times, so I know generally how fast I lose weight at a 2000 calorie intake.

So I'm trying to get to 220 ASAP, but right now, I'm seeing how different my weight loss rate is using E'cinerator at that 2000 calories vs. without keeping my activity levels at the same as I would normally do trying to lose weight.

    That make sense?

Hopefully, I'll want to actually buy more of this product to keep on going.

Back from the weekend. No weigh ins really over the weekend due to the long bike ride. I do weigh myself before and after my ride, but that's to judge how much water I need to get back in me and not super useful to gauge weight loss.

I'll weigh in again in the morning.

This weekend I did the One Helluva Ride in Michigan that goes through hell.

100.3 miles. But this one was definitely a tough ride. In my area there are no hills, like absolutely none. The best I have within 20 miles of my house is a single highway overpass. So I'm not a seasoned climber.

This route is constant hills. By the end of the route, I'd climbed nearly 3000 feet. To get an idea of what I felt like, do some body weight squats... maybe 4 minutes worth (I climb standing up on the pedals, so it's a similar feeling). Now quit doing that and jump on a spin bike for several minutes. Now just keep repeating those 2 activities for 6.5 hours!

It was a really good ride. I started out in a good group and took a few turns at the front pulling. We were often up around 21mph, total average for the first 25 miles was about 18.5mph.

At the first rest stop, I slammed a bunch of ice cold Gatorade... dunno what happened, but that destroyed my stomach. I was very ill and wasn't able to keep up with the group so I got dropped. The remaining 75 miles was pure determination and I definitely suffered.

My stomach is still not right, I have no idea what happened there!

I will say that I feel E'cinerator really helps me on the long rides. I feel energy, and my spirits stay up even when faced with wind and hills.

After a week, I've gotten decently used to the product. I can definitely tell I've taken something, but it doesn't get on top of me now.

    Back!!

Just got out of a week of classroom time. Criterion Referenced Instruction FTW!! [crickets] ....

Anyway, Wednesday night I was able to sneak in a 30 mile ride. Rain and training has been killing my time to get **** done.

But, I've been holding at 230 this week. Maybe not amazing progress to some, but lowest I've been in some time. Hell, I even got to wear a shirt I bought myself almost a year ago that I couldn't fit in.

    It's a start!

I definitely feel like E'cinerator does a really good job of mental support, for a couple of reasons.

    1. I've been on a couple of 100 mile bike rides now where **** was not in my favour. Wind, hills, etc. That usually really crushes my spirit a lot of the time. Lately, I physically struggle, but my head stays in the game. That is a great thing to have happen when you are fighting a bike for 6+ hours.

    2. Serious classroom time this past week. I completed the coursework, a lot of coursework, a day early. Killer focus had me working fast and doing quality ****, dazzle the managers and whatnot!

Got another 100 mile ride in the morning - back to the grind for now. I really wish bike rides started later. I'm pretty sick of waking up at 4 whatever in the morning....

Back in for the week. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and report back. Didn't bother weighing this morning as I had a burger and a couple beers on the road last night.

But, it was a really good weekend all in all!

Saturday I was planning 100 mile ride, but I cut it short to 62 miles (100km). I could have gone and done the 100 mile, but from the starting line, I got into a really good group. It was a group of 7 and we formed up a really tight paceline. Take a turn pulling the line for a few miles, the drop to the back. Repeat for the entire ride.

Doing that, you can really push the effort when it's your turn to pull knowing that you get to drop to the back and benefit from the draft soon. So we kept it up over 20mph for a good amount of the ride and I kept my heart rate way up often near 180. If the group had gone 100 miles, I would have kept going, but they were doing the shorter route and I didn't want to drop out of the group!

Sunday I joined the wife on her cemetery/gym tour. The gym was Old School Iron in Cleveland. We did mostly chest, with some other stuff thrown in, basically dictated by the cool equipment we wanted to try out!

She hit a bench PR of 185. Missed 190 on 3 attempts.

It was nice to get back in the gym. We used to hit the gym together a lot, hopefully we can keep the momentum going!

Again, E'Cinerator does good things for me in terms of energy and motivation. I felt really good on my ride and was really, mentally in the game! Felt great the whole ride.

At the gym, I pushed hard, for me. I like the mental effects that I get from the product. It can be hard for me to keep my head in the game!

Haha... but we've finally gotten to the point where I have to strip weights to work in with her ... at least for upper body. I still got her in legs

So yesterday, I had an experience using E'cinerator that by itself, with no other benefit, would make this product worth it for me!

I've been mentioning that I felt like the product was mentally helping my focus during bike rides.

Well yesterday, I had the ****tiest day in a while. Stressful crap at work... that's fine, I deal with that all the time. But then thanks to the local road commission, my brand new car (like 10 days old) has a fine collection of stone chips down the side of it now. I get home to go ride my bike and the back tire is flat. ON and on.... the little **** just piled up after that.

Got on the bike anyway, and freakin killed it. I somehow still stayed in the zone. 30 miles, average speed at 18mph ... if you take away how stopping at intersections and for traffic affects the average, I was probably up over 20 for most of that ride - including 3 sprints holding over 30mph. Those stats are great for me... takes alot of effort to pull my big ass around that fast solo!

Weighed in at 231 again today. I can smell those 220s though... time to get there!

Back from hitting the gym with the missus again.
We had back and bis today, so I can barely type now.
Again, strong support from E'cinerator. Great workout!
Still at 230, but that's actually good for me, cuz I was stuck at work a LOT and there's food everywhere. My willpower sucks. Diet not on point necessarily, but weight held steady ... I'll take it.

Looks like I have a good bike ride getting lined up. I was gonna ride tomorrow either way, but if I can get into a solid paceline, it's gonna make my day!

    For sure!

Got that great bike ride in over the weekend. Smaller group than I was hoping, only 4 of us. But we got in 30 hard miles. I love getting in that group. Averaging a good 4 mph above what I do on my own. Great ride!

A bit of vacation time right now. Nothing special other than not being at work.

Took the missus to an amusement park yesterday for her birthday. Avoided all my normal funnel cakes and ice cream. I won't call in 'diet on point' ... but I will call it a huge improvement over my normal choices! Also hauled my wife's food bag around all day. She's in prep, so I volunteered to carry all of her meals instead of having to go back out to the car or worry about central lockers, etc.

2 solid days of running errands ahead of me... but I picked up the right foods to have in the house, and did not buy beer. So I'm setting myself up well!

Weight crept up just a bit to 231 and change. Amusement park gainz!! (seriously... not easy to walk by them funnel cakes)

Returned to work yesterday and assigned to work the firing range.
Basically means walk 200 yards downrange, score and change targets, walk 200 yards uprange, repeat for 10 hours.

Seriously probably going to have to keep buying E'cinerator. I don't feel hungry during the day and I stay upbeat the whole time. I dig it!
Weekend is impending, time to get some exercise in again. I can see the bottom of the supplement bottle and I really want to break through that 230 barrier before it happens.

    Not a bad weekend.

Saturday: 80 mile solo bike ride. Slower pace, I was just out riding roads I hadn't been on before. I enjoy doing that, just finding what back country roads connect to what and where I Might pop out.

Sunday: 30 mile group ride. Smaller group, just 4 of us. But it was still a nice pace above what I do solo.

The best part, weight: 227 - that scale finally decided to move!

    Last capsule was last night.

Swallowed it up, then hit the road to get in a 30 mile solo ride.
It was a gamble with ma nature. I actually gambled 2 nights in a row and lost both times.
Tuesday, storms predicted so I didn't ride. It didn't rain.
Last night, possible storms, but the chances were lower so I did ride. It rained.

I still got my 30 miles in and I came in at just shy of 18mph for the ride. That's a great pace for me.

Weigh in this morning: 226.6. Back up top, you can see I started at 235.5. 9 pounds gone this month.

I'm absolutely happy with the whole E'xperience of this E'cinerator test.
I suck at losing weight, my willpower is pretty crappy. There were beers, 4th of July parties, birthdays, amusement parks, etc.
I had better than average willpower, and I'd say I got really good results.

I think someone who was seriously determined to lose weight would absolutely benefit from this product.

It's obviously not magic, no pill is. But the support from the product, the curbing of hunger, the energy, and the mental focus that I got was fantastic.
For someone, like myself, not used to a fat burner.... well, it's going to take a week to adjust. These are strong!!

I guess the best thing I can say is that I would spend money to buy E'cinerator for myself.

    Thanks for the opportunity!

    Thanks for your blog

I was unsure as to which weight loss supplement to purchase, until I read your blog, that is. I'm convinced! Thanks for sharing your journey.

    Anna-Maria

    P.S. Is $34.99 per a bottle of 60 a good price?
