How do you all that have deal with Coracobrachialis**

Had this for 2 to 3 years (took a long break in everything that triggers it and it still did not disappear) mainly in my right arm , flies are a killer and some shoulder exercises also sort of like a guitar string kinda feel really hard to explain. Also sometimes when I bench my shoulder seems to pop also on both sides..
Deadlift - 210kg .. im working on it slowly but surely

An orthopedic medicine specialist that also specializes in sports medicine would be a good place to get advice...especially with a referral to a physical therapist. Expensive if you don't have insurance...but if you are already a gym rat you can generally take the advice they give and use it to progress in the gym. Just make sure you listen and actually take their advice rather than "gym bro"ing it.
