    Question Push up everyday make my shoulder stressed ?

    I had to do 50 rep push ups everyday when i wake up for four years in row till now and still have bigger chest but my shoulder no shape and can't left heavy weight in shoulder exercise and won't lose mass of my chest! so any advice about that i just got confused about this problem ! please help

    No try to do them every other day,everyday would burn you out and yes possibly mess your shoulders up

    Your body needs to rest, and recover, so I think it's good for you. You need to alternate workouts, then the body will adjust to it and get used to it. Be careful, you can hurt yourself.
