Me and my BF have very different routines. So we go to the gym together, but we do different exercises. I think this is pretty standard for couples unless you are both just starting out.
Me and my partner are fitness freak couples. We started following the couple's fitness goals to stay healthy and fit together. We have made a fitness chart and we stick to it.
We are doing certain exercises together. I think you should also follow the fitness chart to make your relationship healthy and happy.
After that I found that exercising together improved the quality of our romantic relationship. It's definitely a lot easier to stick to our goals when we're sticking to the same routine and motivating each other. It strengthens the bond between us : Working out with a partner has many emotional and physical benefits. It's so much fun to have a common goal and work on it with your partner.
