Okay so lately as I've been lifting religiously I've began to notice a muscle imbalance in the entire left side of my upper body, I don't know the cause of it because I have always practiced good form and have had several coaches and trainers spot my form for me, so I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I used to pitch in baseball left handed if that makes any difference (I am ambidextrous, but favor my right side). My left shoulder clicks and pops alot when doing random things and sometimes when lifting, when i do chest exercises i always feel a great pump in my right side but my left side always either has less of a pump or none at all, sometimes it feels like i have no left pec. My left shoulder also ALWAYS hurts when performing standing OHP. I am clueless as to what to do to fix this problem and it's really discouraging because my chest basically looks like ****. Pictures are below because pictures speak a thousand words and can describe the problem better than I can.
Front, relaxed.
Back, Relaxed.
Front double bi.
Rear double bi.
Rear lat spread.
Any and all advice is appreciated.
