Hello fellow lifters, recently I noticed that my left shoulder is higher than my other one. I was hoping I could get some info on what it could be and how could I fix it? I will be gratefull for any help.![]()

You dont have scoliosis, I mean every of us might have a really low but it's not a big deal, if it's a big deal it would be really noticeable. The reason your right shoulder is lower it's becuase your upper trap at the right side is lenghten. You can even see slight atrophy at that side, and you have more tendency to scapular depression at this side, it means in exercises the lats doing more of the job compare to upper traps. You can try do some more over head work to keep it balance. Your posture seems really okay, maybe slight pelvis tilted forward but it should be corrected by proper training fast.

You dont have to have a "doctor" title to say what is going base on pictures. Picture says everything I rarely found that doctors can actually help even if they give the right diagnose which is rare, they completely dont know how to fix the problem. Ofc if we talk about biomechanic not about obvious things like "broken arm".
