    Massive loss of appetite

    Hey guys just wondering what I can do to boost appetite. Ive been working out longer, and harder then ever and even including alot more cardio then I normally do but I just lost the will to eat. :/

    Ive experienced this before
    A number of things can cause appetite loss. Before you do anything else, try to figure out why you've lost your appetite. That way you can directly address the root of the problem. If you're also experiencing other symptoms --such as vomiting, severe weight loss, depression and severe fatigue--, see a doctor right away.


    What I did when I LOST MY APPETTITE

    Step 1
    Keep a food diary. To make sure your getting more and more food in daily.

    Step 2

    Try vitamin supplements. Deficiency of certain vitamins --including vitamin A, B1 and B3, vitamin C and biotin--- can cause loss of appetite.

    Step 3
    Limit the amount of liquids you consume. Avoid fizzy drinks, as the gas can make you feel fuller and cause you to eat less. Drink only after a meal, not during it, so you take advantage of any appetite you have left, even if small.

    Glad i could help just drink more water, and milk . the fizzy drinks have solphoric acid in most of them and that can cause your appetite to get twisty

    eat some empty calories that dont fill u up. Crisps or some chit. Also try some carbonated drinks they have a lot of cals in them

    Me too man...well i think it's also due to the fact that i was eating the same damn foods everyday, now i try to switch it up a bit. instead of chicken and rice every single day, i have chicken & tortillas one day, chicken & potatoe the next, chicken on bread next...etc, which seems to have helped so far. so yeah maybe switch your diet up a bit, make sure you are getting enough rest, drink lots of water.

    start supplementing with lots of b12. and dont worry, you cant overdose. supaturk used to take like 10 grams of it daily when he bulked lol.
