    **MAN turned SUPERMAINE turned JUGGERNAUT**

Before I embark on this journey into becoming a Juggernaut, I would like to tell you all a little about myself and how i became the fitness freak i am today..

I was born March 28, 1984 in New York, Born and raised in a very poor neighborhood. I worked from age 11 to pay for the little things ive wanted. In high school I started boxing, then i started football, basketball, and even soccer. By age 17 I was on my own doing manual labor, construction work, landscaping, eating everything in sight then i noticed my body starting to react to all the strenuous work i was putting it through. So i started lifting weights everyday, not really knowing what i was doing but watching everyone in the gym. At age 18 i enlisted in the United States Navy and Boot camp got me realizing how important Cardio is. Running everyday, working out everyday multiple times a day kickstarted my fitness. After boot camp i got stationed in Gulfport MS. I was deployed to several locations throughout the world. In 2004 i Deployed to DIego Garcia, in 2005 I deployed to Fallujah Iraq where i had to make my own weight sets out of wood and sandbags, next was, In 2006 to Ramadi Iraq, in 2007 Belize city, also in 2007 I deployed to Kuwait. I then transferred to Sigonella Sicily, where i started my bodybuilding career and competed for the first time in 2009 in Wiesbaden Germany. I took first place in my first competition. It was memorable and i was then hooked on fitness. In 2009 i transferred back to MS and deployed to Okinawa Japan in 2010. In 2011 i deployed to Balad Iraq and Baghdad Iraq. In 2010 I started training with Alan Belcher in Brazlian Jiu Jitsu earning my Blue Belt in only 3 months. Alan is a professional UFC fighter and is a pleasure to train with. Over the years I have trained with Military bodybuilders, Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, British Special Forces, and UFC Fighters. This has a been a wild ride. Now I look to the fitness world to share my story and my secrets to creating the ultimate body. That is why I decided to take the "I am the Juggernaut" Challenge and share my secrets, my stories and my experience through blogs!!

Thanks for reading and stay tuned, this will be updated multiple times a day and even videos for blogs since writing will be taking forever! Watch the videos!

This tip is important for those dieters and those trying to lose weight with a strict diet program. Were going to talk about CHEAT MEALS. The when, the what, the how, the purpose.....

WHEN: Your ideal time for your cheat meal is the morning time. In my opinion the breakfast cheat is the most tasty, the eggs, the bacon, the bagels, the ham & cheese, the sausages....mmmmmmmmm
Anyway, the morning time is the most ideal because you have the rest of the day to work those calories off. The worst time to cheat is at night for dinner when your about to go to bed, HORRIBLE.

WHAT: Make sure your cheat meal is a fatty meal and leave the sugars alone! ALOT of sugars is not the purpose of the cheat meal, the fatties are.

PURPOSE: The purpose of the cheat meal is to shock the system up. Just like changing up your routine to shock your muscles. The body responds to change. The reason you switch up your routine is to change and shock the muscles into growth. The diet is the same, once a week or every other week change it up, instead of eating chicken and broccoli or egg whites and oatmeal.....shock it up for ONE meal. Youll see the difference.

Thank you for your commitment to fitness and training. Thank you for being part of SuperMaine Fitness!

If you have any questions about fitness or nutrition, ask. I will respond and use your question within a few hours! just ask! I get tons of questions and not one of them goes unanswered!

Do you think his story is true? I mean he didn't acquire that big bone structure by eating nothing while he was growing and having hard childhood..

when did you join bb.com? I've seen the pictures and yeah i believe it's true. whether it was or not, my place isn't to judge. I do know though that bodybuilding does provide motivation, determination in people that give it their own 100% in it. much like anything else.

but personally, bodybuilding is a different kind of motivation..you really have to want it to get to where you want to go, awesome thing is, it really is ALL ON YOU!.. either way man, hope you continue checking out the "i am juggernaut" logs or even participate it.. it'll help you alot in finding motivation, support & even building and setting your own goals & seeing it come to fruition.

^^ I understand the hesitation to believe a story like mine. Honestly if i heard it i wouldn't believe it but happened, and YES its true. If you still need proof in the story please feel free to ask as many detailed questions as needed but instead, I'm going to post some photos to PROOF, and to prove that Bodybuilding.com believed it as well.

Im sorry you do not believe the story but i hope this photo proves it is true.
thanks for your time! and if you have any questions please feel free and ask Candybrah thanks for reading.

Thank you so much for backing my story and what I'm going todo is post proof the story is real and also post a BEFORE photo of when i was 18 and joined the military. I do not have a "big boned" structure i don't think. I believe my size comes from dedication, hard work, and most of all.....Consistency in the nutrition department and the gym.

Again thank you for your input and your support! i see your loyal and i admire that! And bodybuilding is a different monster, it is completely different than any other sport and in my mind the hardest. I m sticking around so don't worry, I'm not going anywhere!! I'm here to stay!

CHeck out the photos and tell me, do you believe it? Cuz bb.com does thanks for reading!

    Abdominal breakdown:
    There are 5 main sections of the core;

    the upper abs (Recuts abdominis)
    The lower abs (Rectus abdominis)
the infamous "v" (Internal abdominal Obliques, adonis belt)
the side walls (External abdominal obliques)
    The Finger like muscles(serratus anterior)
The Lower back "christmas tree" (thoracolumbar fascia)

Im going to give you the tools, the secrets to developing your core. These 6 categories will be hit every day(besides the lower back, train that twice a week). I will be explaining each and every exercise you will be performing. I will tell you how to do each exercise, why to do it, and what your working when you do.

Here are some photos to show you EXACTLY what the core is broken down

Side Walls, Obliques, Serratus, "Finger like Muscles"

    Upper, Middle, Lower abs

No matter how experienced you are, there is always someone who knows more and is more experienced.

Everyone gets tips from people, and its always polite to listen when someone is giving advice or pointers.

Just today int he gym, someone was giving me advice on how to do a proper rope crunch......... Obviously he had no idea what my core looked like cuz i was wearing a hoodie like i always wear in the gym. So i listened to him, took his advice and gave his way a try......

And it felt great, it wasn't my way of doing them, it wasn't hurting me, it just wastnt the way i use the rope crunch but i still got a good burn. HE walked away proud and no one got insulted...

Everyday i see it int he gym some big guy telling some small guy he is an idiot for training that way......there is a difference from giving pointers and mocking.....Fitness is not for mocking its for improving and helping others no matter what level your at......

Improve their form if their wrong, don't mock it!!!

    CAN I GET A HOORAH!!!(sorry military term)

Nice to see another military brother in on the contest. I wont hold it against you that you are Navy though. hahaha j/k With your PT test do you find it harder to make your run time with the mass on your frame? In the Army we have to do 2 miles and I had to slim down a bit to make my runtime. Just wonder if any other meatheads in the military had/have the same problem.
Journey is done. See my final pics with Juggernaut HP!

Thanks Elijah! I did a sponsored log for the older formula of Juggernaut and was given the opportunity. Great company from HQ down to my fellow reps. We actually do a log together ( the reps) here:

Thanks bro! Hoo-ah lol. I don't hate. Serving is serving. Every branch has their jokes about others lol. They are actually cool to hear lol.

About the pt. i actually don't change anything. I score an outstanding high every pt cycle. Mainly cuz I can run. I'm not as big as some people think. Lol I'm only 190 lbs. I run my 1.5 miles in 8:57. I can run but not long lol. I hate 5ks lol.

When I bulked up to 210 I had to drop down a bit to do it. But I don't bulk anymore I like to stay lean year round.

How about you bro, does the army ever get in the way of your bodybuilding? Do you compete?
