HELP PLEASE!! Which exercises to correct imbalance in back musles

    Hi all!!

Have a quick question for you experts out there if thats cool.

I notice that there is quite a significant imbalance in my back muscles. I am left handed and notice that my left side is bigger than my right side. This is fairly noticeable and gets worse the more i train. You can see the left side is broader and is VERY noticeable when looking in the mirror at the trapesius muscles on each side of my neck!

Presume the answer would to train each side individually. So i could do things like one arms rows etc. However, my understanding is that exercises like that are more so for thickness of the back and while i know this is necessary i want to get significantly broader. Thought maybe one arm lat pull downs but not sure if these would be affective!

    Thanks guys!
