    Plate Loaded Pullover Machine...

For me, I enjoy using this machine. I also do the DB version but I have been looking for a plate loaded one. I found a company in Australia that makes one, however they don't ship to the US. I know Hammer Strength has one also, but it is outrageous.

Does anybody know of any other brands?

    Thanks

Personally, I prefer using a curl bar. Is there a reason you like the machine better?

I've tried the curl bar before, but just doesn't feel comfortable for some reason. I have really long arms and don't know if that has anything to do with it. I injured my should all while back and that might be it too.

I have long arms as well. If I use a barbell, I have the choice of pain in my wrists, or pain in my elbows. Holding a curl bar close grip, I am able to bend my arms a little to shorten my arm length, then lock them in place, that way I don't get pain.

A more traditional bench-type pullover on a machine.

Here's a plate-loaded pullover machine which has a movement more like a traditional pullover on a bench with a barbell.

The best are the old Nautilus ones, obviously, if you can manage to find one. I use a tricep bar for them and it feels pretty good, much better than dumbbell.
