    Pumping before the beach question

Hello, I'm relatively new to the world of working out but I have been going at it pretty good for the past few months. The question I had regards pumping before going out to the pool or the beach.

After I do my regular hard workouts (the ones that take me to the point of muscle failure) I start seeing great definition for the next 30 or so minutes (for example my six pack becomes allot more visible and overall I look more ripped). I was wondering if there was a specific workout that I could do before heading to the pool or beach to pump my muscles.

The problem I have is that I can't do the full 2 hour workout that is part of my regular weekly schedule every time I want to head to the beach. I imagine that professional body builders have some sort of high rep/low weight routine that would pump their upper body right before they hit the stage and I was looking for something like that. Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks

P.S. I know this isn't a real solution but I just want to look my best this summer until I get the results I need from my workouts in the future.

before the beach i usually take some jack3d or superpump, something to get the pump going faster and some better vascularity. Then I just do some basic exercises to get the pump going. Usually curls, different types of pullups/chinups, push ups, crunches. Basically stuff i can do at home quick before going to the beach. I dont know if there is a specific workout, just do the exercises that usually get you pumped and do a few quick sets.

You guys do know that you look smaller than you normally do after you lose that pump...

So when you do curls and crap before going to the beach, you'll have a pump for like 30 minutes, then you'll look smaller than you normally do.
