    here's the benefits....

    first off don't worry about losing muscle, you won't period.

    you do lose body fat which is awesome but that's not even the best part...

    so here's how it goes down. the first day you fast all day and it's probably going to be tough for you to sleep cuz u've never done it before. once you go to sleep you wake up the next day.

    you don't feel any different then you would on any other day.

    around midway through the second day your senses are heightened. I can't really explain it but it is a high a sick sick high.

    then you'll start to get used to that feeling and feel normal until the third day when you get into that feeling again hardcore.

    you're literally going to feel high. it's amazing.

    as far as hunger, i doubt you'll be hungry , mentally yes but once you say to yourself im not eating for this period of time you won't be hungry.

    also keto breath is strong

    so its been 14 hours since last night. Feel fine not eating breakfast. weighed myself this morning and I'm at 158.... which doesn't seem right. I was 163 two days ago but w/e

    The most I've ever water fasted was for about 6 days. I was not strength training at the time, however I would run a mile once a week. After my water fast, my mile run increased by 2 full minutes. Which was pretty amazing, I have to admit though...it was a little tough. As for the "Heightened Senses" I can't say I had that, but I was really young back then.

    Also, I would recommend Juice Fasting, it's Fantastic for your health. Not sure about Strength Training though.
