lmfao I remember reading flex magazine 8 years ago.
every other page was an ad for cell tech or some other goofy sh*t, and then there was always like a 10 page muscle-tech sponsored work out program (read: an advertisement).
Then they would have some "Pro workout" where it would tell you to do a leg workout that consisted of 5 sets of squats, 5 sets of front squats, 5 sets of hack squats, 5 sets of leg presses, 5 sets of stiff legged deads, 4.3 sets of leg extensions, 3.4 sets of leg curls with a focus on the negative, and 12 sets of seated calf raises - do this twice a week.
