my goals are....... 500 squat. 315 bench. 200+ pound overhead press. No-Set CoC#3. compete in a strongman competition. hang clean 300+ pounds. power shrug 700+ pounds for 5 reps (personal best is 595 for 5)
DO WHAT HAS TO BE DONE.
DO IT WHEN IT HAS TO BE DONE.
DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
DO IT THAT WAY ALL THE TIME.

-Qualify for Raw Unity Meet at both 220 and 198
-Total 1600 in the APA using belt and knee wraps (625/375/600)

Close CoC 3.5 or 4?
Do atleast 1 Strongman competition.

300 kg deadlift
170 kg bench press
Not sure about the squat since I've only maxed it once (like 2 months ago and I haven't done a squat workout since ...)
But if I had to pick a number I'd say 260 kg
edit: those numbers are all rawBelt only:
SQ: 200 kg / 441 lbs
BP: 132.5 kg / 292 lbs
DL: 250 kg / 551 lbs

I would be ecstatic if the above happened. I also want to enter my first PL comp, and possibly a figure one as well unless life completely gets in the way.The only thing worse than having a bad plan, is having no plan.

Put 100-120 lbs. on my squat and deadlift, and put 40-60 on my bench and military press.
Get down to less than 15% BF, get as conditioned as I was when i played football, and stay around 190-198.

Ah goals, first recoupe from the hernia surgery.
Raw LIfts
550 squat
400 bench
600 deadlift
Multi Ply
750 squat
600 bench
650 deadlift
Set a new world record in the 50-54 age class (242lb) in the IPA Fed for bench press (570lbs) multi ply.
Try to do 3 meets one to be APA Fed.
Yea and right now I can only bench 225 on a smith machine, man do I have work to do come the new year!Good Luck!
