Dude...I'd sacrifice one of them for a pushing movement, otherwise, you'd have these big biceps and forearms and very small triceps in comparison.Personally,i'd opt to ditch the deads for overheads or bench.

If I was still a teenager it would have been

    Bicep curls
    Bicep curls
    Bicep curls

But since Im not a teenager it would have to be

    Deadlifts
    Benchpress
    Bent over rows
pick it up and put it down

This question was on my mind before I found this thread, so I will go ahead and bump it:

    - Deadlift
    - Bench
    - Curl

(If I could pick a fourth, it would be either lateral raises or pull ups.)

Oh, weights? The big three, of course.

Reps to Eli for at least acknowledging that it was the bump of an old thread. Fortunately, we don't have to choose three . . . BUT if we did, I'd choose incline DB bench, pull-ups, and biking.

It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

It's easy to not be afraid of tigers when you're sitting in your living room watching a television program about tigers. When you're in the jungle where the tigers are, it's quite a different story.
