    Jenny Craig for Body Building?

    Does one exist?? I would like to know if there is a 30 day meal program for body building instead of fat loss.

    Hey.....if you have insurance go though your doctor and meet with a dietian,tell them your goals and see what diet they would suggest.You could also meet with a personal trainer and express your goals and see what they say....Hope this helps ya....Self

    I don't understand why anyone would pay for something like that when it's so readily accessible for free.

    I did Jenny Craig for six months. The 'counselors' know nothing about actual nutrition. I mean absolutely nothing. The Jenny Craig foods are full of preservatives and are very small portions. Only about 1/4 of their meals are good. They put everyone regardless of weight on the 1800 calorie plan. There are so many things that are wrong with that diet. Also, I think my mom spend $140-200 a week on the diet. You can definitely live cheaper and healthier with some common sense.
