Question about "Ronnie Coleman: The Unbelievable"

OK, a stupid question I know, but I've been thinking about using my gym's comment cards to suggest a couple small pieces of equipment like a large pin for plates to the weight stacks, a proper squat rack and that lever thing Ronnie uses when loading the bar for his deadlifts; and my quesion is does that lever thing have a name? What do I call it? Because I don't think they'll have a clue if I refer them to the video.

I would like to know also.....another way to do it is by putting a 5 lbs plate on the floor by the side of the 45's. Roll the barbell (with the 45's) onto the 5 lbs weight. This gives it enough clearance to take out and insert the weights a bit easier.
    I hope this makes sense...peace!

D'oh! I sometimes use the 2 1/2 plates for stops when the thing wants to roll across the gym, but I never thought of that.

    lol
Granted I'm not working with 800lbs, but I'm expecting to reach sets with 315 in 1-2 months and it's already a work-out loading/unloading that second 45.
