    Back pain?

    Hi, i have back pain whilst i sleep i can never find any comfatable positions as my lower back always hurts, what do you reccommend? Also when i get up my back always hurts, why is this?

    As I said on another thread today, think about whether the chairs you sit on support your back well, and check to see if your mattress is good for you as well. I have the same thing as you, but I got a new desk chair and mattress and it is already much better.

    Please check your weight. If you are overweight keep it under control. Try some best sleep positions.

    Yes you are right man. Mattress gives best comfort for your back. Buy a medium firm mattress. Not the firm one.
