    Free Creatine Report

Gang, I recently put together a long report on creatine covering just about everything a person could ever want to know about this supplement. The report covers creatine’s possible role in many human aliments as well as its more obvious sports uses. This report should be of use to both the lay public and clinicians alike. The report is FREE!

Here is the table of contents or your perusal:

    Section one:
    What is creatine?
    How does creatine work?
    Section Two:
    Creatine and Sarcopenia
Effects of creatine on older adults
The secret of aging: cellular energetics
    Anti-inflammatory effects of creatine
Creatine effects on the function of healthy and damaged brains.
    Creatine and the healthy brain
    Creatine and neuromuscular diseases
More brain related research: Creatine and neurological protection
    Creatine and heart function
    References for Section Two:
    Section Three
    Effects on Growth Hormone (GH)
    Creatine may reduce homocysteine levels
    Creatine and chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia
Creatine safety issues: fact or fiction?
    References for Section Three:
    Section Four
    Recommended doses
To load or not to load
    Creatine and athletics
    The creatine and sugar story

But I did, sort of. My ebook is the logical extension of Priming and contains far more info then Priming did. Version 2 will be out shortly (which everyone gets regardless of when they purchased) and that's going to be over 400 pages we think. As for hard copy, some people print it out and put it in a binder.

LOL greate, just when I finished my loading phase of creatine, I read that it's not neccesary, I get the same results by using creatine before and after training
But I don't believe the some of you claiming ,that it's not neccesay to take carbs with creatine to make it work "better".
If you use dextro and creatine, you'll wake up as jay cutler tomorrow morning, LMAO!

Oh well, thanks for the report anyway.

I have 2 questions about creatine:

1 - The longest study regarding to creatine transporters I am aware of is the Tarnopolsky, et al., 2003 study, is there any longer study on transporters? (longer than Tarnopolsky study) do you think long term creatine supplementation can lead to Cr transporters down-regulation?

2 - What is your opinion on taking creatine and caffeine at the same time? (of course, I know there are some few studies with contradicting results)

    Thanks in advance

Seems that all the supp companies (except the ones sticking with the monohydrate) are touting this as the ultimate in creatine supplements. I was wondering what research (if any) you've done on this. BTW, I've read Muscle Building Nutrition - excellent work!

The creatine report talks about various forms of creatine. Though it does not mention this latest wiz bang form of creatine, comments made about those other types apply equally to CEE. Most claims being made for CEE are BS and there is zero data on CEE showing it to be superior to MH form. Remember creatine citrate? Wasn't that going to be the next super creatine that was 8,935,059,090 time more effective than MH? The claims for citrate were almost identical for CEE (less bloat, easy to absorb, blah blah, blah). Then there were all those super duper liquid forms, which we don't even want to get into.

I'll answer even though you asked Will.

    1. I've been looking through my stuff but haven't found much yet, i seriously doubt that long term supplementation would lead to Cr transporters down-regulation since there would be other symptoms because the same transporters are used to transport other substances, personal experience tells me there is no problem with it, i've been on creatine for years now.

    2. I am aware of no studies at all that showes any change of absorbtion when creatine is taken at the same time as caffeine (i would like to see them since i can't seem to find them myself), i have found a few studies that show a negative effect when caffeine is taken pre-workout, according to the studies i'm referring to caffeine completely negates the ergogenic effects of creatine if you take caffeine pre-workout.

Awesome read so far. I could be wrong, but on page 36 at the end of the first paragraph, shouldn't that be "sync" instead of "sink." I'm probably wrong, but that just sounded weird to me
