    i just started taking primaforce cissus for my elbow tendonitits. did you have good success with this when you were battling issues with your pec? also, my chiro is performing graston on my elbow...holy crap is that painful...but in a good way!

    Cissus has helped me all over. Remember, I have no cartilage in my right knee and it has NOT bothered me since Primaforce Cissus came out.

    I have had the Graston as well the chiro where I work teaches and lectures on it,I have seen many good outcomes from this technique.
    How many treatments have you had?

    I've had two treatments, but the first one he went pretty easy on me but not the second time! I'm sure it will take at least a few more times before I feel a big difference. I just want to get back to blasting my biceps!

    I know how frustrating it is! it took about 4 wks at 2 treatments a week before I could start training biceps again and even after that amount of time I still felt it doing bb curls,only got away w/hammer curls and for some reason high cable curls were not bad. Patience you'll get back to your routine just don't push it and stretch. No easy treatments on me I told him to go full force

    I have had 2 months worth and am down to one every other week or so. It CURED ME and I am a believer. The proof is in the pec!

    203 today! I am on a roll! I have NASTY leg cuts now and am close to competition shape! YEAH BUDDY!

    I was in FL on Thursday and Friday with Derek and we hit legs and back. While I didn?t log it, let?s just say I still cannot walk correctly!

    My training has been different. I have lightened the weight and am holding the peak contraction Dorian-style for a count of 2 or so. What a burn and pump! I have to train smarter to avoid any injuries and work on muscle QUALITY without damaging my joints and tendons! I am also training only 4 days per week.
