Quads and Hams with the new routine. This was a long one ... Thought that I could get through it, but stopped at half time! Still working on getting to ATG with squats (getting closer). I am feeling a little more stable with the weight ... Got up to 175 (and, yes, the hip did talk to me at the end of each set) I tried elevating my heels with a pair of 10lbs plates at the heavier levels. It felt different and I was able to push through better. I noticed during the squat, my hams looked large! I must be doing something right there! I did two sets of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from PTSD and depression, as I missed last night due to a very long work day. No excuses. Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It might just get you feeling good!
