so, i got the lunges in, did some skipping, and even though it's late i'm gonna go back down, set up the squat rack and put on my squat shoes and do some squats, i'm gonna do it say from 12:30 to 1:00 ish and i'm hoping i'm focused enough to stick with it

On way home. That womens boxing class was the worst. No organization just had us throwing jabs and cross, duck and doing jumping jacks in-between sets. No instruction hardly from. Lol. I could of just stayed home and saved money. Im use to set structure in muay thai kickboxing. I didnt like the boxing or way they teach. End. going back to kickboxing focus.
