Been way too long since ive been on this app. If you see this lmk how your workout journey is going? Interesting to hear how everyone has adapted since covid. Ill go first, i gained over 40 Ibs when lockdown initially started. I had no motivation to workout at home. Its just not the same, i felt very depressed. Past few months i have been back at it at the gym and planning on transforming my body once again 💪🏾
