Morning fitfam. It's Monday! Wish it was still Sunday but hey. So another full body blitz this afternoon doing da 20reps sets...must kick the leg press up... Hoping my day is not as dull as usual but we shall see, clearly the roads environment don't get going to early in da yr! Im trying to sneak back into Rail far more interesting.... Thanks my friends for likes and support! Helps me more than you can imagine! Have lots of things happening now. 2 brothers diagnosed with cancer. I had a sleep test done. Wasn't very good. Severe obstructive sleep apnea. Can be treated. Must be getting old. Anyway had good day. Church, then fixed daughter garage door. 2.75 hours at the gym. Thanks and God bless!

Back from my week off. Started off with the first day of this workout program. 6 day split. Sunday-Friday. Not sure if I want to do a rotating schedule like I did the first time where I take a day every three days.
