Took the days scheduled workout and had to modify it to fit the capabilities of the apartment fittness center. Not a great workout but leg day was done to enough effect to feel it. One more day and then some needed rest.

Sometimes I go into the gym and think to myself, “I will not allow anyone in here to out work me or out rep me.” If that’s a toxic mindset I’m sorry but it has got me to work harder that what I thought I could before.
