Looks like the app is stuggling more than me with hump day. Workout refuses to post and I'm not gonna waste my time with it. "Active Rest" Treadmill - 1mi in 10min 3RFT - 500m row, 12 deadlifts @ 95lbs, 21 box jumps (total time 13:50) Treadmill - 3.2min in 35min Definitely sore today. Need to kick my butt over hump day.

Its taken me a long time to be neutral with my body. With thirty only a year and a half away I have realized that my body will never look like it did when it was sixteen and that’s okay. I am not crazy toned. I like wine and tacos. But I look like an adult and I’m confident in that. 😝
