Was kinda nice turning a irritating day into a good lift session was able to move some real weight around today i think…. No PR as theres only so many olates you can stack on the bar thingies… still felt good. And i realized how important or in the way the pinky is when i broke mine but even something as simple as a friggin hang nail (when its ripped off) can really cause lain when lifting heavy…. Crazy!
