Far left is in Sept 2017. I decided I wantes to compete, but needed to know if I had enough muscle mass to do so. I leaned out and learned I was too thick for bikini but didnt have enough muscle to step up categories. 2nd is April 2018. I was 8 weeks out from competiton with considerably more muscle mass, but 2 weeks after this pic I found out I was preggo. Last two are present. I am back to neutral, I think a little less muscle in the quads and glutes than in 2018. I am hoping to build it back in the next couple months, then start cutting early next year with hopes to finally enter a competition. Plus side is there is a wellness division now, meant for musclar bottom halves without so much shoulder cap, so at least I know which divisio. To aim for this time.

Hi Everyone. Hope you all had a wonderful day. Today was insane because I was so busy fall cleaning which means climbing and lifting and getting down and hard scrubbing and fitting in my ab workout before packing to leave and walking with my dogs today way more than 45 minutes plus have two people today call me so petite and tiny I'm just so ready to just curl up with my book.
