Good evening fit fam. It was full body freestyle number 42 for my final lunch escape of the week. Jumping on whatever feels right at the moment. Love ending my workout week like this! Did: 4 sets of hack squats, 4 sets of Hammer Strength incline leverage press, 4 sets of WG pull-downs, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of machine military press (neutral grip), 4 sets of machine lateral raises, 4 sets of machine preacher curls, 200 weighted side crunches and one 35 second low dragon flag hold. Everything hurts (in a good way), so I must have done something right this week. Still enjoying great, mid-October weather and 85 degree water temps. Champagne pool volleyball tomorrow is definitely in my sights! Hope that everyone had a great week. Have a great weekend! Be safe. Be strong. Be good! Bob

Stats. This gives me 15 miles for the week 4:45 hours exercise in 5 days. Last weigh in I was 222.4 lbs (not posted). Weigh again Sunday for starting weight for this cycle (30 days)

Okay this may be the first and last time I post three times in one day but you don’t hit a 1,000 straight days often. I’ve only done it twice in 47.5 years of working out. Plus I always say work out look great in your clothes.
